• Lead coordinator to manage event needs

• The “Roadie” to streamline sorting on site 

• “Waste Stations” for recycling, trash, and compost with bins for each labeled and provided

• Gather and report material metrics to ensure waste-diversion goals are met and quantified (exceeding 85% diversion goal)

• Staff of B1 employees and volunteers to manage all waste generated

• Transport Recycle Materials to nearest baling facility

• Community Engagement

• Handle vendor communications to ensure recyclable or compostable materials are used through out the event

• We utilize volunteers to connect the community to the mission of zero waste for your event. 

• Partner with local waste haulers and compost services 

• Coordinate with Event Staff for event logistics 

• Staff/Volunteers, educate the public, and provide tours of the “Roadie”.
